Managed 3 Major Product Lines for Nortel Networks with revenues ranging from $5M to $20M each per quarter.

·         Performed market research, competitive analysis and set differentiation strategies.

·         Defined product roadmaps, next generation product opportunities and secured funding.

·         Managed new hardware & software products through the development process.

·         Developed product marketing support plans, white papers, localization and, demand & sales support tools for direct/channel domestic and international markets.

·         Defined “Power Over LAN” solution for IP Telephony (IEEE802.3af).
